Just moved from PRI to sip trunk on a 2851 with CME running IOS 12.4(24)T. Inbound and outbound calls are working fine as well as direct calls to a phone that forwards to voicemail. It is only when transferring to a phone and then forwarding to voicemail that I get the dead air. Found this bug

But I already have codec g711ulaw on the inbound dial peer. All call legs are g.711ulaw. already have no supplementary-services moved-temporarily and no supplementary-services sip refer
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Von,
Please make sure below routes are correct on the router. Especially the one highlighted in RED.
ip default-gateway 192.168.0.1
ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.0.1
ip route 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.0.0
Also, on the router you don't need "ip default-gateway" command as it might cause problems.
