SIP trunk - incoming call identification

Hi,

I have a CUCM 8.6 with direct SIP trunk to PSTN. When I make an incoming call to CUCM, CUCM displays the calling number from P-Asserted identity field.

Is there any way to change it to "From" field ?

The From header is mainly used for display purposes only. The caller ID is sent in either the PAI or Remote-Party-ID.

This is working as it should. As long as a PAI is present CUCM will never use the From header. In that regards there is nothing you can do unless your provider removes the PAI.
