SIP Trunk not showing called party name

Hello everyone,

We have a SIP trunk between CUCM and 3CX

The problem is when I call from CUCM to 3CX, I dont see the Display Name of the number I am dialing. In the meantime, 3CX shows my name when I dial from CUCM

Is it possible to receive Display Name of the dialed number through SIP trunk?

If 3CX is not sending back the information, then you won't see anything. There is nothing you can do on the CUCM side, because it's a setting on the 3CX side.
So you, or whoever controls the 3CX side, needs to check the settings there.

This is what I thought in the first place, however, the question is if it is technically possible with SIP trunk to send this information from receiving party to originator?

Yes, it's possible in general in SIP and therefore also in the CUCM SIP trunk.

Yes it is possible. It is a part of the SIP dialog for establishing a call.
