SIP trunk to ITSP not registered

Hi all,

i have configured a CUBE, but unfortunately, the CUBE does not register to the ITSP.

When i enable the debug ccsip error on the CUBE, i get the following error:

The sip-ua registrer's status is still not registered. 

 

Could someone help me?

Hi Mohamed,

Can you confirm with provider that all parameters used are correct (username, password and other config) and also to check on their end what is the error they are getting.

hi,

 

i agree check with the SP, else provide :

 

debug ccsip messages

debug ccsip event/error

debug voip ccapi inout

 

with sh run from the CUBE
