Sip Trunk to Samsung PBX

Hi All,

We are trying to send a few calls over to a Samsung PBX.  We are currently pointing CUCM directly to the IP of the samsung PBX and calls are working...  the only issue is that when a cisco phon places the call to a samsung extension, they see an ip address (not the PBX IP..  something different). The samsung PBX does not see any caller ID when the phone is ringing.

However, when a samsung phone calls a cisco phone...  everything works as expected.

Hi

Can you please post a screenshot of trunk configuration page of CUCM?

Thanks

Regards

my access is through team viewer and the screen shots are not working correctly.  is there anything you need me to check?

Possible to get INVITE message received by Samsung PBX?

im not sure if CUCM debugs would show me this?  there is NO cube in the middle.  it's direct from CUCM PUB to Samsung PBX.

Can't you trace it from Samsung?

no idea.  im a cisco guy.  :)

I guess what i was looking for is someone that may have the same setup of if someone knew of a standard to set CUCM too.

Have you worked with connecting the cucm with the samsung we are having troubles getting the 2 to talk

Hi,

No, never connect SIP trunk between CUCM and Samgung, but if as long as Samsung implementation matches with RFC 3261, there should not be any issue. Can you share the SIP traces to debug it further?
