SIP trunk with 3rd party IP pbx server

Hi Expert,

Could not establish call between cucm and 3rd party IP pbx.

I've configured SIP trunk, Route pattern in CUCM and also configured in sip trunk and dial plan in another pbx side.

now while i am trying to call from my CIPC to another 3rd party pbx phone but i found a message from rtmt as below

"SIP/2.0 401 Unauthorized".

Please suggest me the way out.

Hi Nizam,

Most of times depends on third party  PBX trunk configuration.

In case of asterisk, make sure they configured the following parameters:

type=peer
host=your cucm IP
insecure=very
nat=no
disallow=all
allow=ulaw
