i wanna terminate a sip trunk on CME. What interface is required for that. and what are the possible options.

you should just have to set up a dial peer something like this.
dial-peer voice 1003 voip
destination-pattern *....
voice-class codec 1
session protocol sipv2
session target ipv4:x.x.x.x
dtmf-relay rtp-nte
no vad
