Hi Antonio,
- Can you please let us know if you are referring to the SIP Session Expires timer ?SIP Session Expires timer controls the duration of time that a SIP call can be active.
- Do you have a CallManager in the call flow ? What's the session expires timer set in the service parameters, if so ?
- Is the sip reINVITE happening ? If not, have you looked as to why it fails ?

Hi Antonio,
You can adjust the CallManager service parameter (System > Service Parameter > server > Cisco CallMager > SIP Session Expires Timer > increase from default 1800 seconds to say, 3600 seconds).
This will make CallManager try to negotiate an initial sesssion timer of 1 hour - whether the SIP far end accepts that request or not is another question.
You can run 'debug ccsip mess' on the SIP Gateway, and check the messages - if you have trouble understanding the logs, you can load the logs here.
Let us know the calling party, called party, time stamp of call, IP address of CallManager, voice gw and sip far end.
