Hello
I am trying to find information about sipping-16 and sipping-19 whether is supported by Cisco??.....where can i find an official document related to it??
I need to know the features of sipping-16 and sipping-19 supported by the CUCM and ip phones.
I would appreciate any help.
Thanks in advanced.

found this - marketing buzzqord for 16 features - IETF does not like it...
Marketing Buzzword "SIPPING 16" Considered Harmful
draft-mahy-sipping-16-02.txt
http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-mahy-sipping-16-02
From the IETF:
"Of course, the "SIPPING 16" does not exist. The vendors who have
latched onto the "SIPPING 16" idea do not even agree on what the
sixteen features are. The IETF does not standardize features, and
there is no finite limit on the number of features which can be built
using the SIP protocol. The concept of counting features is a
vestige of the same dubious practice in the telephony community."

From what I could search there is nothing on compatibility about either, and after reading from that good description, if this is not something that is a real standand and the features will change depending on who you're asking there can't be a straight answer.
It would be better if you ask what features/RFCs you're looking compatibility with.
