Hi all

Our provider has come up with a scalable dial plan for our locations

we use a 4 digit site prefix to get to each site

Is it possible we could shorten this to 2 digits, or do some kind of funky translation to shorten our 4 digits to 2 digits when the users dial ?

cheers

Carl

Usually when you have a dial plan with site prefix, you can use translation pattern to shorten users dialling habbit within the site. Site to site calls will be better of using the site prefix. If you are referring to ste to site calls, then no you should use the full site prefix and there is no way to use translation pattern to shorten them
