I am unable to pair my LG Nexus 5 smartphone to my Cisco 8851 IP phone. My smartphone is in "discoverable" mode, but the 8851 never finds it when attempting to add a new bluetooth device. I can see the 8851 on my smartphone screen, but bluetooth pairing fails due a PIN mismatch every time it's attempted. Am I supposed to be doing something different on the 8851?

Make sure that when you hit the Applications button on the 8851 and go to Bluetooth settings that the option "Hands-free 2-way audio" is on.

i have a similar issue with 8851 BT, the smartphone is pairing fine, but the quality and hearing is disaster (8851 on 10.5 firmware only).
if i downgrade the frmware to 10.3 it working great.
any ideas?
