SME Cluster call fail with error Block this pattern, Cause- Unallocated Number

Hi Experts,

I have the following scenario:
AP CUCM Cluster  (SIP Trunk)==> JP SME (SIP TRUNK)==> US SME (SIP TRUNK)==> US CUCM cluster

Call Flow: AP CUCM Dailed Global Learned Number ==> SIP Route Pattern ==>SIP Trunk ==> JP SME ==> US SME ==> US CUCM

ISSUE: When AP users trying to call US users on Global learned Number, getting error Block this pattern Cause unallocated number.

Note: Calls works fine from US to AP cluster, Ap to US not going.

Already checked the Partation/CSS and all looks good.

What traces should I collect and from where CUCM/SME??

CUCM : System version: 10.5.2.14061-1

JP SME: System version: 11.5.1.11900-26

US SME: System version: 10.5.2.13900-12

Hi Maninder,

You will need detailed callmanager service traces from Leaf as well as SME cluster for a failed call. Leaf cluster is any cucm cluster that is integrated with the SME cluster.
