User A & User B both have SNR setup for their mobiles.
User A calls User B's desk phone from their mobile. User B's phone shows User A's desk number ringing. CallManager then rings User B's phone due to the SNR configuration. The CLI presented to User B's mobile is User A's mobile, not User A's desk phone.
Is there a setting to change this so that in this situation, User A's desk number is presented to User B's SNR destination?
Thanks,
Gordon.

You can adjust the "Matching Caller ID with Remote Destination Required Field" service parameter to remove the matching of remote destination so that all calls would show the actual caller ID.

That's the opposite of what I want. It already does the matching for inbound on-net calls. But for tandem calls it's not doing the re-write/matching.

Short of doing a transformation for every user and using the calling party transformation CSS on the RDP the only alternative I can think of would be not to send diversion header/redirecting IE on the egress trunk/GW, but that could have larger implications.

Is User A calling from their desk phone of mobile phone in this scenario?
