We can forward the call to mobile however the call is immediate dropped when user is hung up the mobile and trying to resume the call on the deskphone

I called from my deskphone at 9.41am Sydney time (so 11.41am New Zealand time)
From ext 17112
Called to extension *648340 which has mobility to mobile number 0211877XXX
Answered on the mobile.
Once user hang up the mobile, the call dropped immediately
Called again at 9.42am Sydney time (11.42am NZ time)
From ext 17112
Called to extension *648340.
User answered on mobile phone. Line 1 on the deskphone is showing red light but there’s no option to resume the call.
