Hi,
SNR configuration works perfectly fine but it is not working when the user is logged out.
I am not even sure if this is supposed to work.

Mobile Connect (SNR) is supported with EM enabled users. The configuration requires that you configure an EM Device Profile for the user with the same DN as configured on the user's Remote Destination Profile (RDP). The EM Device Profile must be associated to the end-user under the End User configuration page (in addition to ensuring that Mobility is enabled for the user). All other configuration on the RDP, the Remote Destination, and the end user account is the same as for a user without EM. Just don't forget to subscribe to the EM phone service to the EM Device Profile and any desk phones you want the user to be able to login to and remember to assign a softkey template to the user's EM Device Profile that contains the Mobility softkey.
Hope it helps.

Hi Anand,
Thanks for the reply. My Extension Mobility and SNR both works fine. Only the SNR does not work if the Extension Mobility profile is logged out.
