SNR not working

Hi,

I encountered a problem with CUCM SNR not functioning after a previously successful operation. The issue arose following a planned shutdown. To troubleshoot, I established an alternative trunk to a third-party SIP server and attempted to assign this number in place of the cell phone. However, all calls from the cell phone continue to be routed externally.

In the  DNA   device type showing Remote destination profile

Thanks

You’ll need to check the rerouting CSS on the RDP as that is what is used to extend the call to the remote destination. Does it have access to route to the number that you defined in the RD?

Not sure if I understand what you mean by this “However, all calls from the cell phone continue to be routed externally.”. Could you please provide a little more details? How are you expecting the calls from the cell phone to be routed and to what number are the call from the cell phone made, is it an internal number that is processed by your CM system or is it an external number? For the later the call made by the cell phone would not even be affected by SNR as the call would not be processed by your CM.

Hi ,

it was typo , what I mean external calls(national)  are working

I mean if i dial 9,5xxxxxx , the cell phone ringing .(here 9 is for outside call )

if I do the  5xxxxxx on snr is not working , but before it was working

then I did another trunk and assign a sip phone on a third party server to test . for example added 5778  and added this on SNR , Bbut did not work . but if I call 5778 from my desk phone it is working
