SNR on CME not workingfor PSTN icomnica calls

Hi all

I'm trying to configure a SNR on a CME (7.1). Internal incoming calls are working, external incoming call are not.

Here the configuration.

ephone-dn  26  dual-line
 number 726 no-reg primary
 label xxx(726)
 description xxx
 name xx
 mobility
 snr 5726 delay 0 timeout 5
 allow watch
  huntstop channel
 

Call-forwardind all works for external incoming calls.

Do I miss something?

There was an issue on the associated service on the incoming dial-peer.

After removing it, SNR was working
