I am trying to setup a softkey template for my 8945 phones which are connected via a CME 8.6. Here is what I have:
ephone-template 2
softkeys idle Login Newcall Redial
softkeys seized Redial Endcall Cfwdall Gpickup Callback
softkeys connected Hold Endcall Trnsfer Confrn Park Acct
I have applied this template under the ephone but the Login button never displays. I am using extension mobility and I wanted the Login button to be on the screen when the phone is idle so the user will not have to press the * then 6 to get the login screen.

89XX phone use "Feature policy soft key control" as you can see here:

The "Feature policy softkey control" seems to apply to SIP phones and I have these phones setup for SCCP.
Am I reading this wrong?
