Hi all,
I want to configure End Call soft key on IP Phone while call is coming, i tried to configure it in softkey templates but i couldnt find out the End Call Option in "Ring In" State, Undefined is there but end call not available !!!
I have CUCM 7.0 .. can any one tell me that its possible or not ??

Hi
Until you have a call answered, you can't end it.
You might be able to use:
iDivert (bounce call to voicemail)
DnD (mute ringing)
