Hello
Im trying to configure a softkey template, in wich the "dial" softkey is always show however I cant find this softkey in any layout. This softkey is show when the phone is on-hook and at least one digit has been dialed.
¿Does anyone know if it is possible?.
Im want to do this because some users are complaining about the interdigit time out when dialing two digits numbers, I already check my route patterns in order to make them more specific, i think the problem is that i have XXXXX for some numbers of the same customer. btw the there is no chance to increase the digits of some numbers from 2 to 5. Also the t. 302 timer is already 3 sec.

Hi Arturo,
It's not possible to manipulate the Dial Softkey in this way
Have your users tried dialing the 2-digit DN followed by # to overcome
the IDT?
Cheers!
