we are able to call from softphone on Anyconnect vpn. After some time, we are not able to call. Everytime we need to reset the adapter and make a call. Please suggest how to troubleshoot further ASAP

Is this happening to only one user or multiple users?

Hi Chris,
This is happening for multiple users.
As we are using ip based routing for Anyconnect vpn, it is not required to open any ports, I guess.
Correct me if i'm wrong.
