Solution for the visually impaired

Employee is currrently using AVAYA KS23822-L61 headset but it has been discontinued.  They will be using an 8811 and also Finesse.  She needs to be able to hear her laptop as well.  Does anyone have any suggestions on a replacement device?

Hey there,

Not sure if this helps, but I thought you might not know that this Avaya part was actually a re-branded Plantronics model. There is a replacement part/model shown in this transition doc that is available called the Plantronics MX10;
