Some 7961G will not upgrade firmware

I have about 150 7961G phones, about 15 will not upgrade their firmware. Am running CCM 4.02 these phones are

1)at a remote site with 512k WAN link

2) are the early 7961s we got about 18 months ago

I wanted to load latest 8-3-3Sr2 firmware, that failed so tried 7-0-2Sr1 firmware also failed. phone defaults to

App Load ID Jar41.2-9-1-45.sbn

Boot Load ID boot41.3-2-2-0.bin

Version TERM61.DEFAULT

see attached Phone console logs seems to download files ok but fails for some reason.

answered my own question

downloaded firmware to gateway router of the phones, so phones loaded firmware from their local router, and had to do a shut and no shut on the interfaces the phones were connected to
