Dear All,
I have callmanager 4.2 and also I have Billing system but suddenly some extensions on callmanager don't appear on billing system.
I already extracted CDR file from the callmanager to insure if it recorded or not on the callmanager but I didn't find it in CDR file that means the problem in the callmanager itself.I restarted the CDR service but the same problem still exist.
Could anyone advice me how can I solve this problem.

Is CDR enabled in ALL servers in the cluster????
The setting is PER SERVER

Only I have 2 servers on Publisher and the other one is subsciber and the CDR enabled only on publisher.but those extensions already were worked before on the billing system.
