some incoming/outgoing faxes getting dropped through ATA

i have a cucm that is connected to a VG which is connected to the PST through E1 , some faxes incoming and outgoing faxes to the PSTN are getting dropped , how can i start troubleshooting this problem?

Enable fax debug and make test call

• debug fax relay t30 all
• debug vtsp all
• debug vtsp vofr subframe 3
