Hello,
on CUCM we have a few Jabber for Windows (5 Jabber in a total number of 20 Jabber for Win) that cannot transfer calls. Today I called one of these Jabbers from an external number, when the operator told me that she was going to transfer me to another phone I heared the "hold music" and then after a few seconds the call closed so I cannot speak to the other person. Also, the operator that tried to transfer me to another person cannot bring back my call. What can be the issue?
All the 20 jabber uses Jabber_for_Windows-12.0.1.63173
