some numbers fail to call from camera phones

Dears ,

some numbers I am not able to call from phone model 8845 only

all other phone models with the same CSS can call without any problem 

please advise if there any setting to check in 8845 phone model

Hello,

Can you check the Device Pool and the Partition that these 8845 belong to?

Have you also tried to test the call from the Dialed-Number-Analazer to check the call path?

I can see the issue is related to the phone model as I configured the same line in other phone model 7821 and it works fine .

may be some thing related to video capability .

all other settings like device pool , partition and CSS are fine

Hi there

Is the failure happens when you dial PSTN calls. How about disabling the video capabilities and give a shot ?

Whats the protocol GW is running ? If its H323, add "bearer-cap speech" on the E1 voice-port on Voice gateways

I am using SIP gate way and as per you advice , I disable video capability bu add command "audio forced" under SIP globally and it solved the issue.
is this has any impact in video calling or conference ?
