Some users unable to receive Voicemail Emails (UC 10)

We have had this configured for some time now with no issues. Recently, some new users are complaining that they are not seeing their voicemail emails come in. We use Office365 and have connected to it without issue. Even when I test the connectivity, it is successful:

Everything is through LDAP, and I've confirmed that all addresses for these users are correct. I'm not sure if I am missing something here, or if I need to be looking somewhere else. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
