Hi

Natively SPA500 and 300 are not supported in CUCM.

These phones supports standard SIP and SPCP (Tokenized Skinny), not SCCP.

So you can add them as third party SIP phone in CUCM.

But note these are still not tested to work with Cisco CUCM.

hi Team,

Help me to check  if this SAP 301 model can add to CUCM version 4.2  as third party SIP phone?

Appreciate the Reply ASAP.

Regards,

May

Hi

These phones are not tested to work with CUCM 4. But you may follow normal procedure to add third party phone and see if it works.

I do not have CUCM 4.2 to test it.
