spa400 wrong caller id

I have setup a SPA400 with 4 FXO lines. When I receive a call via FXO port and the call is not answered, then at the next call  that I receive via FXO port , I see the caller id of the previous unanswered call. Is this a bug or I have to setup something diferent?
