SPA502G settings

Hi There!

I have some serius problem with my cisco spa502g phones. I go through all manual documents, tutorials, forums etc. and could't find answare for my issue.

I need to change some settings to prevent users from entering into setup. I couln't find this setting through web-gui, moreover changing Phone-UI-user-mode and Phone-UI-readonly setting to yes doesn't solve this problem at all.

Has anyone know how to prevent users from entering the setup, it's really imported for me to disable this feature, becouse it allow user to reset phone to factory defaults.

I tried this on different firmware 7.4.8, 7.4.9 and 7.5.1.

I'm having the same problem, i need to hide the menus in phone user interface SPA525G2:

Call Recordings

MP3 Player

Web Applications

User Preferences

Network Configuration

Device Administration

Status

After consulting the Provisioning & Admin Guides and trying to use the Phone-UI-user-mode, it doesn't seems to be possible....is the Phone-UI = Web Interface ?

I've download the spacfg.xml and it doesn't hide menus on the phone UI....

Can someone help ?
