Hi there.
I´am wondering why there ist an "ANATEL" Sticker on the backside of my SPA509Gs?
Are these phones branded oder flashed for a special telephone operator?
Best regards,
Nils

From my understanding, Anatel is a regulatory agency in Brazil. Sounds like this phone was approved for use in Brazil.

Now some of them are sold in europe by IT-distributors.
My problem is, they don´t work with a special SIP provider (deutsche telefon). The phones a certified by the SIP provider, but don´t get connected by provisioning. Other phones like SNOM D745 are working fine.
I reckon maybe the SPA509Gs are flashed oder branded with special firmeware?

Did you try a factory reset? Can you download the SIP firmware and flash the phone?

I have tried factory reset - works with 7.5.2b and 7.6.2 but after all not connection to the SIP provider. The SIP provider only delivers by provisioning, there is no way to flash an firmware by ftfp.

You should be able to update the firmware outside of the provider. Here's a link with instructions for using a 3rd party TFTP server.
