I have Call Manager 7.1.5b
I have a 7945 and a 7975 - I have completed the procedure
1. Enterprise Parameter | BLF for Call Lists | Enabled
2: Service Parameters | Clusterwide Parameters | 'Default Inter-Presence Group Subscription' | Allow Subscription
3. Configure phone button templates using speed dial BLF.
4. Assign templates to phones.
5. Add BLF speed dials to phones.
6. Configure subscription CSS on the phones.
Phones are both 'logged in' with extension mobility
Still only the Speed Dial Funtionalilty of BLF working. Any ideas ???

Hi,
On the user you also need to set the Subscription CSS.
Then logoff, logon...

I actually forgot the
'SUBSCRIBE Calling Search space' in the End User Configuration.
and login and logoff
