speed dial for 7821 on CME

Hello,

I have CME ver 10.0 and some phones sccp and sip , i configured speed dial on phone 7821 and when i press 1 then speed dial nothing happened why ?

Did you try dialing the extension 2244 manually? Do you get any fast busy or other error when you try to use the speed dial 1? Do the other speed dials work?

Lastly can you capture the output of debug ccsip messages while you make a call and post here?

I can reach to extension 2244 manually , i didn't get any fast busy or other error , the other speed dials didn't work . why 

and not output of debug ccsip messages while i make a speed dial.
