Hello Abdo,

I am not aware that Cisco has a phone model called 9785. I tried to look in cisco.com and couldn't find any information about it.

Could you please point me to some cisco.com documentation about 9785 model?

Should you made a mistake regarding the phone model, could you please tell me the correct model and elaborate a little bit more on the problem description? (i.e. how exactly did you configure the speed dials, what exactly do you see in the screen of the phone...).

I am guessing Abdo mean 7985 which is one of those video phones, but Abdo can confirm.

Hi all

sorry that's correct the phone model is 7985.

I added the SD from modify Button Items, add a new SD and configure the SD number and save it but nothing appear on the phone.
