Good Morning - we are running CUCM 10.5.2 with 8831 conference phones. We have been requested to add a speed dial with a couple of pauses and then a 6 digit code. This works fine from a 7975 SCCP but not from the 8831 SIP as I believe this is sending ENBLOC VS digit by digit. IS there a workaround for this with SIP devices? I tried to disable ENBLOC on the SIP device but did not help.

Hi Ed,
This is not available on 8831 as of now. Interestingly it works for other 88XX models like 8811, 8841, 8851, 8851NR, and 8861 as per the user guide
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cuipph/8811_8841_8851_8861/10_5/english/userguide/P881_BK_C9A41445_00_cisco-ip-phone-8811-8841/advanced_calling_features.html#CUIP_RF_PB885239_00
Not for 8831

You may check with TAC for any enhancement requests that may be open for the same.

Hi,
I know this is an old thread now, but do you know speed dial with pause is supported on an 8861 connected via Mobile Remote Access?
Thanks
Manny
