Speed Dials in CCME not working

Using CCME version 4.1.0 and IOS 12.4-15.T1 on a 2811.

When you set a speed dial as a button on an ephone, pressing the button does nothing.  Doesn't matter the string of the speed dial (adding # at the end) doesn't work either.   The phone in use to test it is IP Communicator.

Does anyone know of a specific bug (didn't find anything related in bug toolkit) or experienced this before and manage to fix it?
