Speed dials

Hi all

Hope you may help. My search has yet to uncover the answer. 

I have a 78xx phone  2 lines reprogrammed , cucm 10.x and would like to have a number of speed dials available (more than 30). The speed dials are added via the self servive portal. When i scoll on the phone using the circle navigator. Only the first 6 show.  Any ideas on how to fix this so we have all speed dials available

Please confirm what is the configuration of phone button template assigned to that phone.

Thanks for your reply. I'll check this and get back to you. Is the phone button template where we would set the amount of speed dials which can be accessed?

That is by design, you don't see all the speed dials you have configured, only a limited number, and if I recall correctly, that might change depending the phone model, you would need to use the remaining speed dials as abbreviated dials.
