I have an question regarding the ringing when calling a Hunt Group.
I have a Escalation Hunt Group with 4 members, configured for Top Down cycling. The Hunt Group works correctly, cycling to all members, with the members of the line group receiving calls in the proper order.
The problem is that callers to the HG do not hear any ringing past the first 3 initial rings to the first member of the LG. After those first rings, callers hear silence as the call cycles thru the remaining members of the LG. The LG members all hear rings at their devices when it's their turn in the cycle, but callers to the HG don't hear a thing, even though the call is cycling correctly.
I'm running CUCM 11.5. RNA reversion timeout in LG is set to 18 seconds. I have dummy DN's set for cell delivery of the calls. "Wait" timer for the Remote Destinations is set to 0.0.
This issue has me stumped. Any thoughts from the Community?
