SRST CUCME -Register Selected Phones or DN's only

Hi,

I have an CUCME SRST setup. I have 100 phones registered with CUCM in my setup. My router has the capability to hold only 30 phones . In SRST mode I need only some selected dn's or phones to get registered.

What is the possible way to do it.....

I haven't tried this but if you can  just configure the ephone-dn and ephone for the phones you want to register in srst mode under telephony service and this should do the trick...

Hi Faizal,

I believe the recommended method to accomplish this

is to create two Device Pools. One with a SRST reference

for the 30 required phones and one without a SRST reference

for the 70 other phones that you don't want to register

Assign the phones accordingly and you're good to go!
