Hi we have CUCM 8.6 cluster and branch router 2811 and branch phones registered with call manager at head office.
branch router using analog lines to PSTN. i want to configure srst for the branch.
we have 6921 and 8941 model phones, where 6921 are using SCCP and 8941 using SIP.
i am not able to check SRST version on gateway.
i configured call-manager-fallback option, but i am not able to see the standby option on the phones

Hello,
if the srst reference ip address not showing up, this means either the configuration files are not updated or phones are not loaded the files. Can you try restarting the tftp service, then get the configuration file as below:
- Open CMD
- tftp x.x.x.x get SEP(MAC_Address).cnf.xml

Might have to check SRST version, think it needs CME 8 or higher

Just SCCP Phones or Both phones?
