SRST for some IP Contact Centre Phones

Hi All

I would like to provide some SRST fallback for a few phones that are used in IP Contact centre express.

The voice gateway will have either a series of analog lines in a Telstra hunt group or a partial PRI service.

I think that I can use the alias command to cause telephones on the inside network to ring when.

Can anyone confirm please?

For instance,  if my Onramp10 main number might be 94552200

And say my internal number were 3311 - 3315

The alias command might look like...

alias 1 2200 to 3311 cfw 2200 timeout 15

alias 2 2200 to 3312 cfw 2200 timeout 15

alias 3 2200 to 3313 cfw 2200 timeout 15

alias 4 2200 to 3314 cfw 2200 timeout 15

alias 5 2200 to 3315 cfw 2200 timeout 15

call-forward noan <insert a mobile number here>

Having a Telstra based hunt group with 4 lines is going to get a little messy, but let me try with just the first two interations of the Telstra hunt group.

Lets say the main number is 92224400

It hunts through 92224401,9224402, 9224403, and 9224404

Keeping the same internal range....  3311-3315

alias 1 4401 to 3311 cfw 4400 timeout 15

alias 2 4401 to 3312 cfw 4400 timeout 15

alias 3 4401 to 3313 cfw 4400 timeout 15

alias 4 4401 to 3314 cfw 4400 timeout 15

alias 5 4401 to 3315 cfw 4400 timeout 15

call-forward noan <insert a mobile number here>

alias 1 4402 to 3311 cfw 4400 timeout 15

alias 2 4402 to 3312 cfw 4400 timeout 15

alias 3 4402 to 3313 cfw 4400 timeout 15

alias 4 4402 to 3314 cfw 4400 timeout 15

alias 5 4402 to 3315 cfw 4400 timeout 15

call-forward noan <insert a mobile number here>

I am hoping i am close here.

Just wanting to touch base with someone who has implemented this before for a 'sanity' check

thanks

Alias is the way to do it under traditional SRST,  I have done it many times successfully with similar config to yours.
