Hello guys!
Wich is the best way to restrict phones that will register when in SRST mode? The scenario is a CUCM8.6 and a Cisco 2921 as the SRST gateway. I created a new device pool with the srst reference configured but phones assigned to that device pool did not registered during testing. I have three device pools configured and the SRST device pool. If SRST referenced is enabled on all device pools, then phones register as intended. In my case, I want to limit certain phones to be able to be in SRST mode; wich is the best way to achieve this?
Thanks in advanced!

If I got question correctly
For example you have 100 phones and 25 SRST license, you want selected 25 phones, in SRST and rest of the phones not in SRST.
Copy the existing “Device pool-A” and rename as “Device pool-A-SRST”.
Enable SRST to new device pool “Device pool-A-SRST”.
Disable SRST on “Device pool-A”
Assign Device pool “Device pool-A-SRST” to the 25 phones you needed SRST and.
Assign Device pool “Device pool-A” to the rest 75 phones you don’t needed SRST
Good luck

The only way is via the device pool, either you configure the SRST reference, or not.
