Just remove the srst configuration and configure CME, refer to the CME admin guide for configuration.

Hi,

It seems you have all the required licenses. You need to do some work to make it happen which includes on a high level:

1) Changing the mode in voice register global and telephony service from srst to cme

2) For SIP Phones:

   - Confgure Voice Register Pool and Voice Register DN manually for all the phones you have. You need to populate this information

3) For SCCP Phones:

 - configure ephone-dn and ephone for all the phones you have

You can change TFTP server for some phones manually to CME Router to test. once suceed, change the Option 150 for the Voice Vlan DHCP Scope.

Refer to the configuration guide for cucme for detailed steps
