STC SIP Outbound call fail with missed call on mobile

Hi.

i have an issue that my incoming calls are working fine but when I call from my IP Phone I get busy tone and receive one missed call.

What is the exact call flow, and what does the debugs/traces show?

know but i removed the whole dial peer for outgoing over sip. and reconfigured again and it worked.

the flow is 

phone-->trunk-->cube-->sip-->ISP
