Steps to remove certificates from IP phones

Hi,

What is correct order to remove certificates from IP phones and put UCM to non-secure mode?

1. Remove LSC via CAPF

2. Change phone profile to non-secure mode

3. Use Cisco CTL client to change UCM to non-secure mode

Or what???

That is correct!!

you also might need to start call manager and TFTP service.

Thanks - notice that CTLs need to be deleted as well.
