Hi,
has anyone seen this before?
On the UCM userpage the users see several phones where they were logged in before, no chance to delete them. Any ideas how to get rid of them?
Thanks in advance
Peter

Peter,
What version of CUCM are you running? How many devices is the using controlling?

Hi Yosh,
CUCM 10.0.1.10000-24 - The user controls just one device profile, he probably logged in to several devices, but multiple logins are not permitted.

So the user is not controlling any physical phones, just device profiles? Is he the only one experiencing this issue?

Hi Yosh,
while trying to reproduce the issue, I recognised that the user is owner of all those phones - it seems that his phone was duplicated, and this way also the ownership.
I hope in future release it's not necessary anymore , to assign devices to users if they use more than just EM.
Anyway, thank you for your help.
Regards,
Peter
