Hi Cisco.
I am really fed up with one strange issue.
we have customer at paris. Only one VG one PRI connection. They have total 5 DID's outof 5 only 3 DID are able to dial in/out. For other DID they are able to make outgoing but incoming is not happeing .
stange is when they are making outbound call am not getting any logs in VG.
2 customer said they are able to make incoming and outgoing but i am not getting any logs .totalystrange .
Any ideas.

are you using this with cucm? cucme?
if you make an inbound call, can you send us the debug csip message outpy and state called number.

Do you have correct configuration on your GW to capture the logging? Can you post "show run"? What debug command are you using?
Do you see the working calls in CUCM CDR records? What source are they coming from?

Hi there
You can use DNA and find out the call flow. Cisco Unified Communications Manager Serviceability and choose Tools > Dial Number Analyzer.
If you want to double confirm, shut down the Gateway controller and try dialing PSTN calls.
may be the terminal monitor is off on the gateway.
Router> debug isdn q931
Router> term mon
