I have added a user with Supervisor, Agent, and reporting capabilities. I have set her as the Primary Supervisor & she is also set as an available resource for her specific team. However, when she logs into the supervisor client the drop down list for team selection is blank. I saw another post which mentioned restarting the desktop service. I haven't tried that because i'm not sure how/what that would affect for other users. Does that only affect people with the supervisor desktop or agent desktops as well? Any help will be appreciated.
