Can this system be installed easily or does it take intensive programing?
Cisco Supervisor Desktop you can monitor live calls of the contact center agents. That is available with Contact Center Express (UCCX) or Enterprise (UCCE)

The Supervisor Desktop is an application that you download from UCCX (it's a plug-ins).
It's easy to install but it requires first to install UCCX on a server.
Supervisor Desktop doesn't require any programming as it's a plug and play application.

Thanks for the quick response (install UCCX on a server.) Could this be done by a non IT person easily or does it require an expert?

UCCX requires an expert and should be connected across JTAPI to a Callmanager.
Supervisor desktop installation can be done by non IT.
